  2. Make on-site corrections of flagrant safety violations and hazardous conditions.

  4. Investigate all workplace accidents and complaints made against the company, and report findings to management.

  5. Prepare and revise job specific safety policies for work areas where safety hazards exist or required by law to control or eliminate hazards.
