CAPITAL CONCEPTS CORPORATION was founded in July of 1976 as an independent and objective planning firm by its principal, George D. Linger.

We have served our clients throughout the United States with independent and objective planning, brokerage and fee based asset management with an emphasis on seasoned research and goal oriented asset growth and preservation of capital.

Our clients represent a cross section of the corporations, institutions, and individuals that helped form the bedrock of our nation's financial strength.

We have been implementing our investment transactions through the Broker/Dealer firm of FSC Securities Corporation of Atlanta, Georgia and its predecessors for twenty-nine years, we are a cohesive force among the independent financial planning professionals who also use FSC Securities Corporation.  These arms-length relationships have become a valuable link in our research and resource network.

Mr. Linger has an undergraduate degree from Brown University and his Masters Degree in business from the University of Colorado, and as a charter member of the local chapter of the international Association of Financial Planners has been instrumental in the evolution of the multi-disciplined approach to investment planning for over twenty-nine years.
